Our client, a well-established integrated agency, has a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join their team.
 
Predominantly working on one of the agency’s key client accounts, you will help to deliver top-class strategic and creative ideas for the client.
 
With a proven track record in all aspects of agency account management, you will be ready to add value quickly. You will love getting into the detail of complex briefs and be able to think creatively within the realms of strict client guidelines.
 
Working in a busy agency, you will need to be a highly organised team player, adept at multi-tasking and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional service to your clients.
Managing day-to-day projects from start to finish.
Interpreting detailed and complex information and developing inspiring and meaningful briefs.
Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on creative and design work to ensure the agency is delivering it’s best work every time.
Ownership of the client guidelines to ensure all work presented is accurate and compliant.
Client management – including day-to-day problem solving, leading meetings and presenting work with some support.
Creative and strategic planning support – developing ideas and recommendations.
Financial responsibility – accurate cost gathering, estimating and invoicing.
Proactively coordinating and managing workflows through internal tools, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
 
Key Requirements:
A proactive learner with a curious mind – keen to dive into clients’ industries and understand your customers as well as keeping up to date with the marcomms landscape and new technologies.
Excellent attention to detail in both creative and administrative tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid B2B account management experience – budgeting, presenting, project management, research and results analysis.
Proven experience in managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and outputs.
Proven experience of delivering effective work on time, to budget whilst maintaining high standards.
The ability to quickly understand complex B2B channels and industries.
Comfortable liaising directly with clients to extract information, identify challenges and opportunities.
 
This is a home-based position and a good internet connection is essential for this role.
