Our client, a well established, results led, Full Service Agency, has a great opportunity for an experienced Paid Search Lead who’s passionate about driving exceptional results.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, planning, and execution of clients paid search strategy (predominantly Google & Bing), ensuring it aligns with overall client objectives.
 
You will be passionate and excited about achieving success for B2B and B2C clients, understanding audiences, coming up with new and innovative ideas using data and insights to drive campaigns.
 
Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and other members of the Digital team, you will help to ensure the agency are delivering best-in-class campaigns for their clients and building successful client relationships.
 
As a Lead role in Paid Search, your knowledge and experience will be valuable to other members of the team. It’s key that this experience is shared in a mentoring capacity. Including regular opportunities to ensure all campaigns are achieving optimum results.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of paid search account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword management, and ad copy testing.
Managing and monitoring daily paid search spend to guarantee optimal performance and return on investment.
Conducting in-depth competitor research and analysis to inform and refine strategies.
Developing and implementing paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
Executing day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting.
Developing and presenting detailed search advertising plans backed by data and industry.
Conducting competitor research.
Creating client reassurance and building strong relationships.
Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities.
Prioritising own workload.
Mentorship and support to the other members of the team is also an integral part of this role.
 
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, gained within an agency environment.
Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing and continuous self-learning.
Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Good people management and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
 
This is offered as a full time permanent job. Our client would require the successful candidate to work onsite, at one of their offices in either Chesterfield or Manchester, for a minimum of 2 days a week.
