Our client, a well established, results led, Full Service Agency, has a great opportunity for an experienced Paid Social Lead to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy development, planning, implementing and managing the overall paid social strategies and performance.
Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and junior members of the Digital team, you will help to ensure the agency is delivering best-in-class campaigns for their clients and building successful client relationships.
Platforms include Meta, TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
You will be passionate and excited about achieving success for B2B and B2C clients, understanding audiences, coming up with new and innovative ideas using data
and insights to drive your campaigns.
As a Lead role in Paid Social, your knowledge and experience will be valuable to other members of the team. It’s key that this experience is shared in a mentoring capacity. Including regular opportunities to ensure all campaigns (with Paid Social) are achieving optimum results.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, optimisation, and analysis of your assigned accounts.
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and sales across all key social channels.
Overseeing performance of key clients.
Managing performance of the paid social team, setting KPIs and ensuring outputs are of an excellent standard.
Assisting/contributing with client communication including pitches and performance calls.
Working with clients to set KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements.
Keeping on top of industry best practices.
Mentorship and support to the other members of the team is also an integral part of this role.
Key Requirements:
Meta Blueprint.
GA4 Certified.
Proven experience in a similar role, gained within an agency environment.
Digital marketing experience.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies and platforms.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results and achieve targets.
Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Good people management and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
This is offered as a full time permanent job. Our client would require the successful candidate to work onsite, at one of their offices in either Chesterfield or Manchester, for a minimum of 2 days a week.
